💘 What Material are your jewels made with?

We carry a range of different types of metals. To know which materials were used to create a specific item, please check the description listed on each individual products page.

💘 Does your jewelry tarnish?

• Cz stones: will not tarnish
• Gold filled: will not tarnish
• Gold plated: all plated jewelry will tarnish overtime since it isn't solid gold
• To prolong the longevity of our jewels & to give you more bang for your buck, Babe Empire dips all of our gold plated jewels 3x. This triple layering process gives our jewels an extra layer of thickness, which allows them to last way longer in comparison to most gold plated jewelry available out there.

💘 How do I care for my jewelry?

• Gold filled: you can wear gold filled jewels to bed, while you workout and even shower in them. Although it's safe to get gold filled jewelry wet and swim in it, we suggest avoiding wearing any jewelry in salt water, chlorine and hot tubs.
• Gold plated: even though our triple plating helps our jewels last way longer than average, taking proper care of your jewelry will allow it to last for an even longer amount of time. Apply any lotions, perfumes and sprays before putting on your jewelry. Also avoid showering, working out and sleeping in your jewels.

💘 How much does shipping cost? 

• Domestic Orders:
• $50 and under: $5 flat rate
• $50 and over: free shipping 
• International orders 
• Rates are calculated at checkout 
• $200 and over: free shipping

💘 When will my order be shipped? 

• Orders containing non-custom items: 1-3 business days
• Orders containing custom items: 2-4 weeks to give us time to make each piece perfectly for you
• Pre-order products shipping timelines are detailed in their descriptions & will be shipped on their release dates
• Please note that delays may occur during promotional sales, events and holidays 

💘 How long will shipping take? 

• Domestic orders: 1-3 days
• International orders: 7-21 days
• shipping time strongly depends on how long it takes your package to go through your country's customs

💘 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

💘 Why hasn't my tracking been updated?

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once your package has shipped. If tracking is still unavailable after that time frame, please contact us for further assistance.

💘 My tracking says my order was delivered, why did I not receive it?

Sometimes USPS tracking inaccurately marks packages as delivered prior to their actual delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours, as the package could have been marked delivered by mistake and will most likely arrive the following day. If your order is not delivered after 3 business days, please contact the postal service using the tracking number provided to you.

💘 How do I place a return?

Please reach out to teambabeempire@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return. Any items that are customized or purchased from the sale section are final sale.

💘 How long do I have to return?

We offer a 14 day return policy. Items must be returned in their original unused condition, including packaging and tags.

💘 How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

💘 What should I do if I receive a broken product?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us photos of the faulty item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily replace your order.
