Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

Hey babe, we’re bummed things didn’t work out. However, the good news is that we will gladly accept returns within 14 days. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original unused condition, including packaging and tags.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are customized 
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” 
  • Items under the sale section
  • Items returned after 14 days

If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us photos of the faulty item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily replace your order.

To request a return, please email us at teambabeempire@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your return matches the criteria stated above, we will send you a return form. Failure to meet the criteria above deems purchases non-refundable and will be denied. 

Return Processing

Once received, all returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund. If approved, you can choose store credit in the original amount of your purchase or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day your item is received by Babe Empire for your return to be processed. 

** All shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping your item(s) back with a tracking number, as Babe Empire cannot issue a refund on items that are not received.
